Our Domain Services
Domain Registration
We help you register domains for West Africa (.com.gh, .com.ng, .gm, .com.sl, .com.lr). When you register and pay, you get the rights to use that domain for the time period you choose.
Renewals & Expiration
Domains need to be renewed before they expire. We'll remind you when it's time, but ultimately it's your responsibility to renew on time to keep your domain active.
Domain Transfers
You can transfer domains to or from Pinuno.Net following standard registry rules. Some transfers might not work if there are holds or disputes on the domain.
Fair Expectations
We can't guarantee every domain will be available or that registrations will always succeed. Some domains have special requirements or restrictions from the registry.
Content & Ownership
About our website content:
Everything you see on Pinuno.Net—our text, images, logos, and design—belongs to us or our partners. Please don't copy or redistribute our content without asking first. When you register a domain, you get the right to use it, but you don't own the domain name itself permanently.
Your Responsibilities
We believe in responsible domain ownership. Here's what we ask of you:
Be Legal & Fair
Use your domain lawfully and respect others' trademark rights
Keep It Secure
Protect your account, backup your data, and keep your info current
Pay On Time
Keep your payments current to maintain your domain services
What's Not Allowed
We want Pinuno.Net to be a safe and trustworthy platform. Please don't use our services for:
Harmful Activities
- Illegal activities or fraud
- Phishing or hacking attempts
- Spreading malware or viruses
- Harassing or threatening others
Inappropriate Content
- Trademark or copyright violations
- Harmful content involving children
- Spam or bulk unsolicited emails
- Fraudulent or misleading content
Payment & Billing
Payment Terms
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Billing Cycles
Domain registrations are billed annually. Auto-renewal is enabled by default. You may disable auto-renewal in your account settings.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money where available.
Late Payment
If payment is not received by the due date, your account may be suspended or your domain may be deleted after a grace period.
Service Disclaimers
Here's the honest truth: While we work hard to provide great service, we're providing our platform "as-is" without making promises about perfection.
We can't guarantee:
- 100% uptime (though we try our best!)
- Complete security from all threats
- Instant DNS propagation worldwide
- Protection from all malware or attacks
- Recovery of accidentally deleted data
Liability Limits
About financial responsibility: If something goes wrong and you experience damages, our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months.
This protects both of us by setting clear expectations. We can't be held responsible for indirect losses or damages beyond our control.
Privacy & Data
We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly how we handle your personal information, following Ghana's Data Protection Act and international standards.
About WHOIS Information
Some of your domain registration info may be publicly visible due to ICANN requirements. If you'd prefer more privacy, we offer privacy protection services to keep your personal details private.
